Availability and Payments
In the summer months the property is available on a weekly let basis, from Friday to Friday. Short breaks (Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday) are available throughout the rest of the year. A deposit of £50pw (or part week) is required on booking with the balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival. Full payment is necessary for bookings made within 4 weeks of your holiday. Keys will be posted to you, together with full instructions on getting to the property. We look forward to welcoming you to Farriers.

NB. Short breaks are not generally available during the high season but can be booked at short notice (within two weeks of the planned date of arrival) if the property is vacant. Holiday start dates may also be negotiable, subject to availability.

Then once availability is confirmed just complete and sign the booking form and post to us ASAP with your deposit (or full payment if booking within a month of your stay) - cheques made payable to Mrs P Livesley to:- Pam Livesley, 136 Hillside Road Bramcote Nottingham NG9 3BD
